These new buildings were constructed several years apart for a public client. They are approximately 3000 square feet each.

Architect provided drawings and specifications for public bid, and services continued throughout the construction process.

Location: McMinnville, OR
Designed pre-engineered metal buildings to blend with he existing McMinnville Wastewater Reclamation Facility, located across the street.
Preliminary work included a land use application with Yamhill County.
