This project transformed a 10-year old existing pole barn (2600 square feet) into a winery with additions including a new barrel
room, office and lab areas, with a new clerestory for natural light, a covered crush pad, and upgraded the existing toilet room to
ADA standards. The completed project included 2160 square feet of additions plus a new 865 square foot covered crush pad.
Coordinated work with Doyle Engineering, structural design consultant. Architectural services included preliminary design
through minimal construction observation.
