- » Marcia A. Mikesh designed this extensive building remodel to convert a warehouse and former auto garage to office space. This building is in the McMinnville Downtown Historic District.
- » This project won a Beautification award for renovations to its offices in 2000 from the McMinnville Chamber of Commerce.
- » Building shell improvement with new insulated roof membrane and structural stabilization of a compromised girder truss. Existing wood framed windows and existing cement stucco exterior finish were repaired.
